Its included in an autoupdate ,I don't think you need to do anything. Just run Gore.

Since Joel has updated SE with 100k new keys, the auto-updater doesn't install .16 and .17 (which includes stakeout) anymore.
Check the link below, download the patch, install it --> everything works
